Product Description
This rice cooker operates on a voltage of 220-230V, making it suitable for use in countries and regions with these voltage standards. It has a capacity of 1 sho (1.8 liters/10 cups), which is approximately enough to cook rice for 7 to 8 people.
The cooker features a 2.2mm thick "Gou Netsu Hane Gama" pot with stainless steel wings around it to efficiently transfer heat from the side heaters into the pot. The side also incorporates a "Do Ring W Heater" for more powerful heating.

The inner pot is made of "Platinum Thick Pot," which enhances the sweetness of the rice by increasing the amount of reducing sugar by approximately 30% compared to conventional products. The platinum nanoparticles (processed to a size of 2 billionths of a meter) change the water quality to weakly alkaline, breaking down the proteins on the surface of the rice and allowing water to penetrate to the core more easily.
Usage
The cooker uses "Umami Pressure Steaming" to enhance the flavor of the rice by applying pressure during the steaming process, ensuring high temperatures reach the center of the pot. This additional pressure also helps to evaporate excess moisture, resulting in rice that is both fluffy and firm.
