SHIPPING

'WAFUU' is a Japanese company, owned by Qrestia Inc., that ships products from Japan to locations worldwide.

Delivery is provided by Japan Post, FedEx, EMS, ECMS, DHL and WAFUU Economy. Upon confirmation of payment, orders will be shipped within four business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery time may vary based on the destination, ranging from four to twenty days. We are committed to ensuring our customers receive the products they desire.

Our services also include international shipping with a tracking number for each purchase.

Please note that in certain countries, products may not be shipped to PO Box addresses and WAFUU assumes no liability for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, continued absence of the recipient, customs issues, or force majeure.

Local Fees for ECMS in Canada

・If you choose Canada ECMS, a 5% consumption tax and a 3-5% cash on delivery fee will be charged when you receive the package.
・If you are not present at the time of delivery, you (the recipient) will need to contact the logistics company by phone or email. The method of contact varies by country, so please follow the instructions to contact them. If you do not contact them, your package may be returned or discarded.
・The logistics company that delivers locally may be different from the one you selected at the time of purchase. Depending on the import conditions of each country, we may choose and change the optimal logistics company.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be.

Please note that customs clearance procedures may be required, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
