Rikio Tabi Boots Shoes Waterproof Rubber GT-01

Fast shipping, efficient packing, but the right boot arrived poorly assembled/damaged. It looks like it was torn and then patched. The zipper does not go all the way down so taking it off takes almost 60s of manoeuvring and force. The heel is also torn right out of the box. I need these
for work and when they’re on, they’re perfect! But how very disappointing to pay more than $100 for one perfect boot and one very imperfect boot.

also: the ~40$ duty on top of ~40$ shipping for ~40$ shoes was a surprise! Costs ought not be hidden. I can’t begin to imagine how expensive and inconvenient returning these would be; plus, company has yet to reapond to my complaint so I must doubt their willingness to cooperate and take responsibility.

I love love love these boots. The rubber is soft and they feel great to wear. With decent socks they do well in the snow for short periods of time. Perfect for fall and spring.
