The product is to be stored at regular temperature. It is a firm and thick sauce with a rich umami flavor, designed specifically for stewed rice dishes.

Usage

To prepare Saffron Rice, mix warm rice (enough for 3 servings) with Saffron Rice Paste until evenly combined. To make the Creamy Chicken Sauce, cut chicken and onions into bite-sized pieces. Separate Bunashimeji mushrooms and broccoli into small clusters and boil the broccoli. Heat salad oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken well over medium to high heat. Add onions and mushrooms and sauté until soft, being careful not to burn them. Add water and remove the scum once it boils. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the ingredients are cooked, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat once and dissolve the roux, then simmer again over low heat for about 5 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Add milk and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add broccoli and bring to a boil. To serve, plate the Saffron Rice and Creamy Chicken Sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
