Directions for Use
Draw out 2mm of the core and add eyebrow hairs one by one. Gently blend with the brush along the flow of hairs. Return the core to its original position after use. This product is not refillable. For optimal results, use in the following order: powder, this eyebrow pencil, and eyebrow mascara.
