ProductsThe legendary machine is thoroughly dissected using the latest molds. The RC166 was developed by Honda to win the 250cc class of the 1966 World Road Race GP, and was equipped with the ultimate six-cylinder engine. It produces more than 60 horsepower at 18ꯠ rpm. Ridden by master rider Mike Hailwood, the Honda Honda R1 won all 10 races in which it participated, demonstrating overwhelming strength and winning both the rider and manufacturer titles in 1966. This legendary machine, which marked a glorious page in Honda's racing history, will be revived in 1/12 scale using the latest mold technology.Model DetailsThis kit is a 1/12 scale plastic model assembly kit.Overall length and width are 166mm and 43mm, respectively.

The wheels are made of matte-plated ABS plastic with separate parts for the rims and delicate spokes. The air-cooled, parallel 6-cylinder engine is modeled with a well-defined cooling fin shape sculpted by stacked parts. The cowling, which shows a slim form, is a realistic one-piece molded part with subtle lines. The tires are made of solid rubber, realistically reproducing the triangular cross-sectional shape characteristic of the 60s.Air ducts of the drum brake, cowl snap and chain slider are made of etched parts, and rivets are represented by inlet marks. This product is a plastic model that requires assembly and painting.Adhesives, tools, paints, etc. are required for assembly and painting.*"Plastic model" is a registered trademark owned by the Japan Plastic Model Industry Cooperative Association.Safety WarningNot applicable
