Product Description

This Halal-certified concentrated Japanese soup base is generously made with bonito flakes and kombu for a savory flavor. Ideal for soba, udon, somen, and hot pot dishes. Net volume: 220 ml or 1L.

For dipping sauce, mix approximately 1 part concentrate with 2 parts water. For noodle broth, mix approximately 1 part concentrate with 3 parts hot water. Shelf life: 24 months from the date of manufacture. Store at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight.

Ingredients: Soy sauce containing wheat and soybeans, sugar, salt, dried bonito flakes, kombu, seasoning amino acids, and preservative potassium sorbate. Allergens: Wheat and soybeans.
