Product Description

The turntable is indispensable for enjoying steam locomotives. This product is the definitive version of the steam locomotive structure, designed for ease of use and compatibility with sit-down operation. It features a relatively shallow pit, known as the "lower road type," and has a track arrangement angle of 10°. The outer diameter of the main body is 217mm, and the turntable girder length is 160mm, allowing for large steamers. The turntable thickness is 12mm, which is 5mm thicker than the 7mm of Unitrack's track top surface, allowing for height adjustment outside of adjacent tracks.

The turntable includes an automatic auto-locking advance system with left/right rotation and stop, controlled by a switch for precise operation. It has a realistic turning speed of approximately 1 minute per lap, with further deceleration just before stopping for a definite stop. This realistic movement enhances the scenery of the engine compartment.

One-touch wiring with connectors eliminates the need for complicated electrical wiring, making it easy for anyone to integrate it into a layout. Power is supplied to the tracks from the turntable, and the turntable girders feed power to the connected front and rear tracks to enable running. Each line can be powered on or off using an insulated joiner, an adjacent line feeder kit (sold separately), and a power feeder switch.

By combining multiple turntable extension track sets (sold separately), a powerful large locomotive section of a main line can be reproduced. A full range of optional structures are included, such as an engine yard facility set that is perfect for reproducing an engine yard with turntables.

Operation Instructions

• This product is recommended for ages of 14 years and up.
• When used in Analog (DC) operation, Please operate this product less than DC12V voltage. Please do NOT use AC current or electricity.
• If a derailment or short circuit occurs, Shut down the electricity and disconnect the power supplies for the both the Turntable and Power Pack. After solving the problem, reconnect the power supplies accordingly.
• Before operation, it is recommended that you dust the Turntable Block with a small brush, and wipe the surface of the rail with a cotton swab with liquid rail cleaner. Do not use a sand paper or water to clean the rail.
• When disconnecting the power and controller ribbon cable, do not yank on the cable as it may cause damage. Always grip by the connection plug when removing cables.
• When not in use, the turntable power supply should be unplugged from wall outlet.
• When used with a DCC system, this product CAN operate trains by connecting the DCC controller output to the Jump Socket on the Turntable Controller. The Bridge, however, cannot be controlled by the DCC system and will still need to use the included Turntable Controller.
