The story follows high school girl Momo Ayase, born into a family of spirit mediums, and her classmate Okarun, an occult fanatic. After arguing over whether ghosts or aliens are real, the two set out separately to prove each other wrong—only to encounter terrifying phenomena beyond human understanding. As Momo awakens hidden powers and Okarun gains a cursed ability, they are drawn into a fast-paced battle against the paranormal, with romance beginning to bloom along the way.
