Black Hole is a patented indoor mite-catching pack designed to attract common household mites such as dust mites. Using a dark perforated bag and a scent lure, it draws mites inside and helps keep them contained within the pack.

The lure includes ingredients selected to mimic substances mites are known to prefer, including unsaturated fatty acids, yeast, and brown sugar. A special nonwoven layer is included to help reduce breeding inside the pack, while mite waste and remains stay enclosed when used as directed.
