I would like to share my feedback regarding my second purchase with Wafuu.

Firstly, thank you for making the shopping experience so much better this time.

My recent order included:

* Suntory Micolla Sticks (30 packs) – I have been taking this product for many years and was happy to purchase it again through Wafuu.
* Suntory Royal Jelly + Sesame E (120 tablets) – I was pleasantly surprised to find this product available. I have also been consuming it for years, but I couldn’t find it during my first purchase. I’m really glad you’ve added it to your product lineup, and I sincerely hope you’ll continue stocking it.

I would also like to mention the significant improvement in the delivery service.

During my first order, the experience was very disappointing. The courier appointed at that time required me to pay more than RM155 in additional customs clearance charges, and after much frustration and repeated follow-ups, I only received my parcel about one month later.

In contrast, my second order arrived in just 8 days, and most importantly, there were no unexpected additional charges. It was a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish.

Please continue using FedEx for my future orders if possible. I intend to place orders regularly, approximately every three months, and I truly hope the same reliable shipping service can be maintained.
