we lived in Nara for a couple of years. We were introduced to Gaufes . We loved them. These are one of our fondest memories. Crisp, delicate, nothing like you can buy in the States.

The shipment arrived within days of ordering, all individually bubble wrapped, and perfectly undamaged! It was great!

Beautiful boxes arrived in decent amount of time will be nice Christmas presents to family. As this is rainy season, a plastic bag to protect the cookie boxes was much appreciated. The FedEx delivery person didn't ring the doorbell. Luckily I checked the front door just before the rain came down.Thank you. I would buy again when there is a shipping discount. Domo arigato.
