BLUE BOTTLE COFFEE Past Blend Human Made collaboration

We use coffee from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee and a country with a long history of coffee production. The same coffee beans, refined by natural process, are blended with two different roast levels, combining the blackberry and maple sweetness of the deep roasted coffee with the fruity, hibiscus-like aroma of the lightly roasted coffee, resulting in a rich taste with a mild acidity. This blend is a new taste created by combining the "past" and "history" of coffee, which also ties in with HUMAN MADE's concept of "fusion of the past and future".
