Usage

Extrude about 1mm of the liner and draw a line along the edge of the eye. The recommended way to use it is to first draw a base line with the creamy touch liner, then trace over it with a liquid eyeliner. This method will ensure that your eyeliner stays on all day. Please note that once the liner is extruded, it cannot be retracted. If the container becomes hard to turn, it is a sign that the liner is finished.
