Approx. size 23.5 × 2.5 × 2 cm; blade thickness 2.5 mm. 67-layer Damascus construction with a C1.0CMV high-carbon steel core (contains cobalt, molybdenum, vanadium) clad by 18-0 stainless steel sides (33 layers per side + 1 core = 67). Blade hardness HRC 60 +/- 2; edge angle set to 15–18 degrees; double-bevel edge (bread knife variant is single-bevel). Bolster and end cap: 18-0 stainless steel; handle: laminated reinforced wood. Made in China.
