This product is a type of paint made by mixing pigments with natural high-quality starch and glue. It is dried in square dishes to create "gansai" or in round dishes for "tetsubachi," both popular in Japanese art. The colors are transparent and light, ideal for haiku paintings, southern-style paintings, delicate Japanese art, postcards, undercoating for mineral pigments, and sketches. The Lumi Accent Colors use fluorescent pigments, enhancing and transforming your usual colors when mixed or applied as highlights. Simply wet a brush to dissolve and use the paint.
