Works as the one with the switch- awesome customer service!

I bought this because it’s currently not available in Norway. Yeah yeah, it got a lot more expensive because of customs and shipping.

However, the customer support from this store and the swift shipping is more than stores around here would provide! It was received in perfect condition, is the original (a concern when using abroad stores) and the customer service of the store adressed all my concerns and even suggested a workaround to make it work (the plug is different from Japan/USA). I leasured the heat and load, and registered no issues. I recommend this product and store for anyone who needs another dock.
