It was the best decision, because the pan is wonderful. It is beautifully made, and it conducts heat very well. It works with all kinds of stoves like gas, electric and induction. received fast by fedex from Japan - Tamagoyaki Pan Sanjo Iron Chitose. it was packed so good. to initialize its use, i fried veggie scraps with oil on high heat then threw away the scrabs. when this was done, I made a perfect omelet using two eggs. this is a great pan! just roll over the omelet smoothly to the size of the pan😋
