Directions for Use
To apply, twirl the comb three times inside the container to distribute the liquid evenly. For creating length, start from the base of the eyelashes and comb upward for 2 seconds. To capture downy lashes, focus on the shortest hairs at the corner of the eye and lower lashes for a fuller look. To remove, use an oil-based eye makeup remover, blending well before gently wiping off without rubbing.
