Its compact size, being 22% smaller than Logitech's classic MXV1s vertical mouse, makes it easy to hold for users with various hand sizes. The ergonomic design includes an uneven grip and space for natural thumb placement, ensuring a relaxed hand position.

The mouse is equipped with Logitech's unique SmartWheel, which automatically switches between high-speed scroll mode and precise scroll mode, facilitating both quick document navigation and detailed line-by-line editing. It supports Bluetooth and Logitech's Logi Bolt connection, with a Logi Bolt USB included. The mouse does not support Unifying technology. The Logitech Options+ application allows customization of the four control buttons to suit individual workflows, enabling actions with a single tap. The connection range is up to 10 meters.
