The rice this machine makes is really really good.
The interface with settings etc is pretty intuitive.
After use the machine is easy to clean.
The shipping from Wafuu was stellar, I choose FedEx because it was cheapest. I ordered the cooker on a Saturday and it arrived just in time to make Wednesday’s lunch with it. From Japan to Sweden!

Ich kann den Kauf direkt aus Japan nur empfehlen, man spart sich viel Geld und hat die volle Transparenz, vom Kauf bis zur Lieferung an die Haustüre. Das Paket wurde unglaublich sorgfältig verpackt, so wie es in Japan halt einfach Standard ist. Den Einfuhrzoll konnten wir beim Paketdienst vorab online bezahlen, sodass die Zustellung ganz bequem war. Über den Reiskocher brauchen wir sowieso kein Wort verlieren, es gibt nichts besseres als Zojirushi!

Everything was nicely packaged and shipped quickly, delivered to Amsterdam in just four days. Both the taste and texture of the rice is excellent and consistent throughout.

I was a bit wary as this website isn't really "known" but price was quite good compare to others options I found. Everything went fine and I'm very satisfied by this rice cooker. I've no problem to recommend this site.

Thank you Wafu team ! The rice cooker is as expected and is perfectly fine. The package was carefully wrap. The only issue was with Fedex in France which was unable to respect their delivering planning (expected Monday, deliver Wednesday). Anyhow we will order again from Wafuu for Japanese items.
