About Our Returns Policy
RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item after it has arrived, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
1.If the product is defective.
2. if the product is different from the one you ordered
3. if the product is damaged in transit.
Note: Any additional charges, including import duties and taxes, must be paid by the buyer in accordance with the laws and regulations of the buyer's country.
Therefore, please be sure to check before purchasing.
We are an international retailer and all products are shipped directly overseas. Cross-border products are for personal use only. In case of resale, the purchaser must pay additional taxes and perform inspection duties.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) with the following conditions and exceptions:
After receiving the item, contact us within 7 days with your original order number and state the reason for the return.
Item(s) must be returned in new condition, unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If the items are in an acceptable condition, we will offer you a full refund (excluding original postage cost when applicable) for the returned item(s).
A credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.
We are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect shipping address issues, continued absence of the recipient or unpaid import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

We do not accept returns or replacement of non-defective or undamaged items below.
- Consumable items that are already used or opened.
- Items with an imperfection that is not regarded as initial failure by the manufacturer (e.g., an LCD panel which is slightly off center or has defective pixels, or an item with scratches after use).
- Items to which a peripheral equipment is added, a replacement part is installed or other modification or adjustment is made.
- Items for which a certificate was issued by a manufacturer at your request.
- Car Tire & Wheel Packages
- Items that cannot be returned or exchanged due to laws and ordinances, etc.
- Apple products (including beats by dr.dre)

If accessories (tags, manuals, boxes, etc.) are lost or if the protective seal attached to the product has been removed.
If your package is returned to us or destroyed due to any of the following circumstances, we will issue a refund for the original purchase amount, minus the actual round-trip shipping costs incurred for both sending and returning the package, the refund processing fee, and any additional handling charges:
- Package refusal by the recipient
- Expiration of the storage period
- Prolonged recipient absence
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided
- Refusal to pay required customs duties

Food & Beverages
- Food & Beverage items are not returnable or replaceable unless defective or damaged.
- Contact Customer Service in the unlikely case of a defective or damaged item.
Health (Drugstore)
- Health related products including supplements, sanitary goods, face mask, dietary supplements, medicines and medical devices are not returnable or replaceable unless defective or damaged.
- Contact Customer Service in the unlikely case of a defective or damaged item.
DIY & Tools
- Wood, large wooden building materials, items with a motor (lawn mowers, brush cutters, etc.) are not returnable or replaceable unless defective or damaged.
Pet Supplies
- pet foods, beverages and supplements are not returnable or replaceable unless defective or damaged.
Digital Products
- Digital music, games, software downloads are not returnable after purchase.
Gift Card
- WAFUU Gift Cards are not returnable or replaceable.
Admission Tickets, Service Tickets, Prepaid Card or other Prepaid Products
- Admission tickets, service tickets, prepaid card or other prepaid products are not returnable or replaceable.
If you have purchased a large quantity of the same or similar products.
If you purchase a large quantity of products (including pre-orders) and return them, refuse to accept them without a valid reason, or otherwise act in a manner that interferes with the operation of WAFUU JAPAN, we will refuse the return of the products.
WAFUU membership may also be revoked.
How to Return Your Item
In case of return, the shipping cost must be paid by the buyer.
- After receiving the item, contact us within 7 days with your original order number and reason for the return.
- Package the item(s) along with all the original packaging & accessories.
- Return the item(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice.
- It can take up to 4 weeks for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfilment center, it takes 3 business days for the refund to be processed and up to 2 weeks for the refund amount to appear in your account.
