This intricately designed scale model features a tamping work section complete with a "noise prevention plate" tailored for Japanese domestic specifications. The model boasts a vertical movable gimmick that is interchangeable and can be adjusted to a high or low mounting position depending on whether it is in motion or operational mode. The central "Satellite" unit can be manually moved back and forth, while the "tamping machine" located in the center is designed to move up and down in sync with it. The body of the model is crafted in vibrant multiple colors, with the main body in yellow, the roof in gray, and other parts such as the bogie in black. The window glass and front/rear lights are molded in clear, colorless plastic, adding to the realism of the model.

Detailing on the side of the car includes the manufacturer's logo and description, which are provided as decals in the kit. Handrails on various parts of the model are meticulously reproduced in three dimensions for added authenticity.
