It has a very strong fruit flavor, with a wonderful balance between fruit flavors such as blackberry jam and rum raisin and caramel-like sweetness such as maple and nougat, and a syrupy body.
Blue Bottle Coffee has been doing business with Ribens' farm for a long time, and the quality has been improving every year. The Black Honey process, which requires many steps to be done correctly to produce good coffee, is produced with higher quality by veteran producers.
