For preparation, use about 1.5 to 2 g per serving for usucha and 3 to 4 g for koicha. Even matcha intended for koicha can also be enjoyed deliciously as usucha, making it a versatile choice for tea gatherings, practice, or everyday enjoyment.

To preserve quality, store in the refrigerator as matcha is highly sensitive to heat, humidity, light, and odor transfer.
