　The ECM-VG1 is a new shotgun microphone designed for field and studio recording at a reasonable price.
It has a flat frequency response (40Hz-20kHz) and an even better sensitivity of -33dB (0dB=1V/Pa).
The internal noise level is kept below 18dB SPL, providing natural sound quality.
■Metal body, lightweight and compact design
　The ECM-VG1 is a very lightweight shotgun microphone. Therefore, when attached to a small camcorder, it can effectively maintain front-to-back balance.
It also allows for quick action when used with a boom.
Built-in Low-cut Filter
　The built-in low-cut filter reduces unwanted low-frequency noise.
External DC power supply drive (40-52V)
　The ECM-VG1 is driven by a 48V external power supply and outputs a balanced signal.
