This deep-style frying pan leverages the benefits of cast iron, featuring a hammered finish that retains heat effectively and maintains an oil film well. It's designed to enhance the natural flavors of ingredients, making it ideal for stir-frying and grilling. The pan is made of iron with a thickness of approximately 1.6 mm, and the handle is crafted from natural wood. It has a transparent silicone baked coating and is compatible with both gas and induction cooktops (IH 100V/200V). The deep design allows for cooking large quantities with ease. Made in Japan.
