SKE48 24th Single "Stand by you" (Type-B, Regular Edition) is the third release in the group's 10th anniversary year. Celebrating the milestone reached in October 2018, this edition highlights SKE48's momentum following their strong showing in the AKB48 53rd World Senbatsu General Election.

This Type-B edition includes a CD with the title track Stand by you, the Team KII song Kefobashita Ato de Kuchizuke o, and Jimotomin-tachi yo by the Aichi Toyota Senbatsu, plus off-vocal versions of all three songs. The included DVD features music videos for Stand by you and Kefobashita Ato de Kuchizuke o, along with the 10th Anniversary Revival performance of Seifuku no Me.
