The Sakurazaka46 7th Single "Shonin Yokkyu" TYPE-B is a CD + Blu-ray edition that captures the momentum of the group in 2023 with a new center, new captain, and powerful 3rd generation members. Following the success of "Start over!", which topped charts and streaming rankings and boosted their global presence, this single further accelerates their breakthrough year.

The CD (DISC 1) includes six tracks: "Shonin Yokkyu," "Mamori Bito," "Bokutachi no La vie en rose," plus off-vocal versions of each song. The Blu-ray (DISC 2) features the second half of "Sakurazaka46 3rd TOUR 2023 TOUR FINAL at Osaka-jo Hall," including live performances of "Natsu no Chikamichi," "Tamashii no Liar," "Naze Koi wo Shite Konakattandarou?," "Dead end," "Joken Hansha de Nakete Kuru," "BAN," "Sakurazuki," and "Start over!".
