SONIC DJ Mix Vol. 1 is the first official nonstop DJ mix album made entirely from music from the Sonic series, produced by Sonic sound director and composer Tomoya Ohtani. First presented through live Sonic DJ projects at Sega Fes 2018 and a 2019 YouTube premiere, this release brings that concept to audio format for the first time.

The album blends tracks from across Sonic history into one seamless listening experience, crossing eras, genres, instrumental themes, vocal songs, fan favorites, and deeper cuts. Using creative effects and polished mixing, Ohtani transforms 33 selected tracks into a continuous high-energy flow. The cover artwork was newly illustrated במיוחד for this release.
