The mount adapter is compatible with 35mm full size sensor to provide AF functionality of the latest E-mount body to A-mount lens users. Models that support image phase detection AF with SSM/SAM lenses are α7 II, α7R II, α6300, α6500, α7 III, α7R III, α7R IV, α6100, α6400, α6600, α9, α9 II, and α7S III. Models without motor (SSM/SAM) and supporting image phase detection AF are α7R IV and α6600. STF lenses are manual focus only.
