Programming is learned in three fun steps: first, quiz-style activities teach basic computational thinking; next, children practice through drill-style try-and-error challenges; finally, they create and play with their own programs. Ten modes provide wide learning: Programming, PC Skills (mouse and keyboard basics), Pokemon Get, Pokemon Zukan (encyclopedia), Japanese language, Math, English (alphabet and songs), Art (drawing, coloring, music), Daily Life (maps, time, money, timetable, diary), and Watch-Over Chat, where in-game “teachers” and family members can exchange messages (no online communication).
