الغنى العميق والنكهة الطيبة. الطعم الطيب والرائحة التي تنتشر في فمك. "تسوروبيشيو" هو أكثر المنتجات ثقة لصلصة الصويا "ياماروكو"، والذي يسعى إلى "الغنى العميق والنكهة الطيبة" إلى الحد الأقصى. يتم صنع هذه الصلصة باستخدام "طريقة إعادة التشطيب". بعد حوالي عامين من التخمير، يتم إعادة الصلصة المكتملة إلى البرميل دون أن تتحول إلى منتج، ويتم إضافة المكونات (باستثناء الملح) مرة أخرى، ويتم تخمير الصلصة مرة أخرى لمدة عامين آخرين. العملية هي إضافة مكونات مزدوجة وسنوات من الزمن لرعاية الصلصة ببطء بواسطة قوة الطبيعة. من خلال استخدام محتوى الملح في صلصة الصويا المعالجة بواسطة القادو، قمنا بإخراج نكهة عميقة, غنية, عطرية وطيبة لم يسبق لها مثيل.

I ordered the Yamaroku Tsuru Bishio 4 Year Aged Japanese Soy Sauce 500ml × 6. It arrived from Japan in Maine, USA in less than a week. This is one of my favorite soy sauces but it cost a lot in the US. Less than half price through WAFUU and the shipping was reasonable so I actually saved a lot of money.
