Vivaldi Concerto Collection Four Seasons
Product Description
This collection features the renowned recordings of Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons" by Herbert von Karajan and the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, commemorating the 20th anniversary of Karajan's passing. These recordings, made in the 1970s, are celebrated as some of Karajan's most iconic works. This is the first time Karajan recorded "The Four Seasons," using the OIBP source. The collection includes performances of Vivaldi's Violin Concerto "The Four Seasons" Op. 8, Albinoni's Adagio in G minor (arranged by Giazotto), and Corelli's Concerto for Ensemble in G minor, Op. 8-6 "Christmas Concerto," featuring violinist Michel Schwalbe.
