Warranty Information

Effective October 1, 2024, the Seiko warranty will be revised to provide extended coverage. The warranty period will increase from one year to three years after purchase, and it will be applicable worldwide. This global warranty will be implemented simultaneously across all regions. If you purchase a product between July 1, 2024, and September 30, 2024, or on or after October 1, 2024, the 3-year global warranty will apply when the product is repaired at an authorized repair center. Please retain the warranty card that comes with your purchase, even if it states "1 year from the date of purchase," as the updated warranty terms will still apply.
