Definitely the finest soy sauce that I have ever tasted. I generally mix a lot of wasabi in my Kikoman soy sauce when having sushi (taboo I know), however, this super special soy sauce is very dense and flavour rich so I have it straight and look forward to having some all the time. It works very well with dumplings too and I would imagine all sorts of Asian cuisine. I highly recommend it though probably not a daily driver because of its taste but definitely worth a try and makes a great gift! Be sure to mention the YouTube documentary before gifting this to get them excited.
