The coating works by entering microscopic cracks (microcracks) on the screen that develop over time. It crystallizes within these cracks, preventing water from entering and suppressing further crack progression. This helps maintain the integrity of your screen over time.

Additionally, the coating is scratch-resistant, water-repellent, and oil-repellent, providing comprehensive protection against dirt and minor scratches. However, it is not suitable for large visible cracks and does not completely protect the device from all forms of dirt, water, impact, and scratches. Users should be aware of these limitations and use the product accordingly.
