Product Description
Mild Runner makes it easier and prettier! The second volume of the popular book on how to draw illustrations is here! If you want to draw cute illustrations in your notebook, diary, or with your children, this book is perfect for you. This edition continues to use the popular line marker "Mild Liner," which has sold 150 million units in total. The gentle colors of the markers make illustrations look cute no matter who draws them.
Ocha, a popular artist with more than 105,000 followers on Instagram, will be teaching how to draw illustrations. She emphasizes that even those who found it difficult to draw in the previous book can enjoy the joy and fun of drawing. By following simple steps, anyone can create adorable illustrations using a beautifully colored Mild Liner and a black pen for outlines and details.
Steps for Drawing
1. Draw a simple figure with Mild Liner as shown in the book.
2. Draw outlines and parts with a black pen.
3. In no time at all, you will have a cute illustration!
The unique feature of Mild Liner, which allows you to draw thick lines with gentle colors, makes it really easy to draw. The illustrations can be used not only for notebooks and diaries but also for letters, cards, wrapping, social networking sites, and childcare. It is also fun to draw with your children!
Once again, Zebra Corporation, the maker of Mild Liner, is supervising the project, so those who do not yet have a Mild Liner and want to know what kind of pen it is can rest assured that they are in good hands. This is a book that anyone can use to draw cute pictures just by copying it, without the need to have any artistic sense. We hope you will enjoy it.
From the Editor in Charge
My name is K., and I was in charge of the first book as well. We have two boys, ages 8 and 5, and when we brought the first book home after it was completed, they were both very interested in it. The 8-year-old was able to draw well, which was expected, but to my surprise, my second son, who is in the middle of his junior year, was also able to draw reasonably well! I thought that if the children drew the marker part and an adult drew the black pen for the finishing touch, even very young children could enjoy drawing. I hope everyone will enjoy Ocha-san's world, which is full of the "joy of drawing!"
