The toaster is incredible, from the bleeps and bloops when using the toggles, to the result of the toast, the experience is simply wonderful.
The cherry on top was the service provided by Wafuu, who fulfilled the order with speed, an exceptional price, total transparency, and saved us from breaking the appliance when they informed us about the voltage difference between Europe and Japan about which we had no idea.
If you are in the market for some Japanese engineering at its finest, there is no better brand than Balmuda, and no better service than Wafuu.
