Usage
For soup, dilute the dashi 19 times; for udon noodles, dilute it 10 times; for chawanmushi, dilute it 12 times; for cooked rice, dilute it 8 times; and for vinegared dishes, use it straight. Adjust the amount to your liking.
Ingredients
The ingredients include soy sauce (honjozo), salt, sugar, bonito extract, bonito shavings, mirin, kelp extract, shiitake mushroom extract, alcohol, and seasoning (amino acids, etc.). Please note that some ingredients include soybeans and wheat.
Storage
After opening the bottle, it is required to refrigerate the product (10℃ or below).
