About the Author

The book is written by Mizutani/Nobuko, a Professor Emeritus at Ochanomizu University and Meikai University, and former Professor at the United Center for Japanese Studies at the American University of Canada. Other contributors include TAKAHASHI Naoko, a full-time lecturer at Kumamoto College of Foreign Languages, Mast Susan, a former English instructor at Ritsumeikan University and former Japanese instructor at Ohio State University, Arita/Satoko, a full-time Instructor at Maitreya International Cultural Institute Japanese Language School, and Terada/Noriko, Director of International Affairs at Beijing University of Science and Technology International Institute, in charge of Japanese language education at Osaka Electro-Communication University International Exchange Center.
