The coffee maker features a "9+1" taste selection menu, allowing you to choose from three flavors and three levels of intensity. The brewer automatically adjusts the temperature, time, and stirring method to brew the desired flavor. It also includes a Dual Temp Brewing Method, recommended for specialty coffees, which starts the brewing process at a high temperature and switches to a lower temperature in the latter half, extracting the fruity flavor and richness of the coffee beans while minimizing any unwanted flavors.

Adding to the brewing experience, the coffee maker includes a final extraction lever, which you pull yourself to pour the coffee into the cup, giving you the sensation and pleasure of "brewing it yourself". Usage

The coffee maker allows you to customize your coffee from 9 different flavors and three levels of thickness. Simply press the flavor and density selection keys, and the Siphonysta automatically adjusts the pouring temperature, soaking time, and stirring time during the brewing process to deliver the flavor you prefer at that moment. The automatic siphon extraction system generates steam to steam the coffee powder in the lower cylinder. The steamed coffee powder is permeated and stirred by hot water sent from the upper cylinder. After that, a pressure difference is generated between the upper and lower cylinders to decompress and filter the coffee, which is then blown up like a fountain into the upper cylinder for extraction. This brings out the clear, natural aroma and flavor of the beans.

The coffee maker also includes a Dual Temp Brewing Method, which starts brewing at a high temperature and switches to a lower temperature during the brewing process. This extraction method suppresses any unwanted flavors and allows the brewer to enjoy the true flavor of the beans. The temperature of the finished coffee may be lower than that of the other menu items because the brewer switches to a lower temperature during the extraction process. The estimated brewing time is approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
