The soy sauce is made from non-genetically modified, non-fat processed soybeans. This product is perfect for a variety of dishes, including soup, udon noodles, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), cooked rice, and vinegared dishes.

Usage

For soup, dilute the dashi 19 times; for udon noodles, dilute it 10 times; for chawanmushi, dilute it 12 times; for cooked rice, dilute it 8 times; and for vinegared dishes, use it straight. Adjust the amount to your liking.

Ingredients

The ingredients include soy sauce (honjozo), salt, sugar, bonito extract, bonito shavings, mirin, kelp extract, shiitake mushroom extract, alcohol, and seasoning (amino acids, etc.). Please note that some ingredients include soybeans and wheat.

Storage

After opening the bottle, it is required to refrigerate the product (10℃ or below).
