Product Description

This product is a fine red chili powder derived from a particularly pungent variety of pepper. It offers a stimulating pungency with minimal miscellaneous taste, allowing you to enjoy the pure, intense heat of the chili. This red pepper powder is to be used in the same way as ordinary chili peppers.

Product Specification

The capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin content of this product is approximately 500mg per 100g. For reference, common Ichimi contains about 200mg, Hondaka contains about 400mg, and Habanero contains about 950mg.
