The Silby Silica Gel Bar is designed to protect wooden baseball bats from moisture, which can cause them to gain weight. This desiccant is particularly effective when paired with the Sylvie Baseball Wooden Bat Drying Film Case. Made from a durable non-woven fabric, the Silica Gel Bar can be used with standard bat cases, although it is ideally suited for use with the Sylvie case. Note that it may not fit in one-piece or slim-bodied bat cases.
