The PS-611CN2 is the latest model in the PS series, designed for those new to fish finders, offering a balance of affordability and straightforward functionality. This device features a new "bonding LCD" technology where the LCD screen and cover glass are bonded to enhance visibility and readability, even under direct sunlight. It includes an automatic fish finder function that allows beginners to operate it easily without manual adjustments, thanks to its AutoRange and AutoGain features. The newly added "Deep mode" supports a "50 kHz" frequency, suitable for deep-sea fishing, reaching depths up to 500m, significantly deeper than the standard "200 kHz." This mode is activated by connecting the specialized Transducer TD25. Additionally, the device comes with a full-color detailed map of Japan, including contour line data, which assists in locating optimal fishing spots by analyzing seafloor undulations.
