I ordered a bunch of products from their website which arrived on time. One product somehow leaked despite proper packaging. i took photos and sent an email to Wafuu Japan. The team was very responsive and accommodating after sending all photos of the product, the team immediately processed a replacement which arrived much faster than expected. Ce serum capillaire est excellent, c'est vraiment la croisée entre un miel et une huile, je le trouve étrangement hydratant ce que nz ferait pas un sérum normalement. Il ne fait donc pas vraiment cet effet huileux sur les longueurs.
Je ne connais pas vraiment d'équivalent sur le marché occidental.
