Ingredients and Composition
The product is made from whey protein sourced from New Zealand, along with an emulsifier and thickener (pullulan). It contains some dairy ingredients and soybeans. Nutritional information per 21g serving includes 78kcal of energy, 0.0g of fat, 0.2g of carbohydrates, and 0.3g of salt equivalent.
Directions for Use
A spoon is not included. Dissolve 2 heaping tablespoons (approximately 21g) in 300ml of a sports drink, orange juice, or water, and consume promptly. Adjust the liquid amount to your preference. Note that protein shakers are sold separately. When mixed with highly acidic beverages, the protein may clump or float, but this does not affect quality. If new to protein, start with a smaller amount.
