Usage
Apply morning and night after your softener. Dispense one pump into your palm and gently smooth over your entire face. For enhanced results, try the following massage techniques:
Lifting Massage:
1. Using your thumbs, glide from under your chin to below your ears along the jawline (repeat 6 times).
2. Place four fingers on your chin and, using your whole palm, lift your cheeks from the chin to the temples (repeat 6 times).
Neck Application:
Dispense one pump, apply to two spots on your neck, and blend upward using your palms.
Lifting Exercises:
1. Pull your lips to the left and stretch your right cheek (hold for 10 seconds).
2. Pull your lips to the right and stretch your left cheek (hold for 10 seconds).
3. Smile widely, pulling the corners of your mouth sideways (hold for 10 seconds).
