This special Japan-edition CD from Swedish melodic death metal band The Halo Effect celebrates their 2025 Japan tour with an exclusive cover EP. Formed by former and current members of legendary Gothenburg pioneers In Flames, the band delivers a powerful tribute to the songs and artists that shaped their sound, reimagined with their signature blend of aggression and melody.

The EP features five carefully selected cover tracks: “I Wanna Be Somebody” (W.A.S.P.), “Dance With The Devil” (Phenomena), “If You Were Here” (Kent), “Shoreline” (Broder Daniel), and “How The Gods Kill” (Danzig). Each track showcases the band’s roots across classic metal, hard rock, alternative, and dark metal, and is planned to include individual song comments from the members.
